Reports designed on a canvas
Lay a document out at the size of the paper. Bind fields to a table, a saved query or pasted FetchXML. Group, total, page, and put a chart in it.
For Microsoft Power Apps
A managed Dataverse solution that adds two things to the apps you already have: documents that print exactly as designed, and screens drawn pixel by pixel that read and write your own tables. Authored inside Power Apps, deployed by solution, rendered in your own model-driven apps.
What it adds
Lay a document out at the size of the paper. Bind fields to a table, a saved query or pasted FetchXML. Group, total, page, and put a chart in it.
What the designer shows is what comes out of the printer and what a PDF contains. That is the entire point of the product, and it is the thing a browser’s print dialogue has never given anybody.
Draw a panel and put it in a form section, or bind it to a single column so it renders the field itself. It can open dialogs and side panes using the host’s own chrome.
Where your data goes
This is the first question every administrator asks, so it gets the plainest possible answer.
Every read and write goes through the Dataverse Web API as the signed-in user. Somebody who cannot see a record in a view cannot see it in a report either, because it is the same authorization doing the deciding.
The licence check asks whether this environment is licensed and until when. It is verified against a key compiled into the solution, so an environment that cannot reach us keeps working.
Getting it in
An import, an import, an import, and a string pasted into a form. There is no agent to install, no server to stand up and nothing to open in your firewall.
Into every environment that will display a report or a screen.
Only where people author. Production does not need it.
Into the Parsware Licence form. It reads back what you bought.
Customers download each release, with its published checksum, from their own account page.
